Baseball Harmony

Baseball Harmony is a baseball statistics system that utilizes Harmonic Average and styles of play.  

Harmonic Average weights to the lowest of a data set, so players must be good at each category chosen in order to rank highly.

To create this set and system, Harmonic Average was used to create three sets of data in the different styles of baseball for position players.

Small Ball Harmony: The Harmony of BB, 1B and "Sac+SB" 

(3*BB*1B*Sac+SB) / [(BB*1B)+(BB*Sac+SB)+(1B*Sac+SB)]

Note: "Sac+SB" is a category label, not an operation.

Middle Ball Harmony: The Harmony of BB, 1B and 2B

(3*BB*1B*2B) / [(BB*1B)+(BB*2B)+(1B*2B)]

Big Ball Harmony: The Harmony of BB, XBH and RBI

(3*BB*XBH*RBI) / [(BB*XBH)+(BB*RBI)+(XBH*RBI)]

All Ball Harmony: The Harmonic Average of Small, Middle and Big Ball Harmonies

(3*Small*Mid*Big) / [(Small*Mid)+(Small*Big)+(Mid*Big)]

All Ball Harmony represents the all around, most productive, offensive players in history.

ALL WARPS Harmony: The Harmonic Average of All Ball, WAR, and OPS+

(3*ALL*WAR*OPS+) / [(ALL*WAR)+(ALL*OPS+)+(WAR*OPS+)]

The ALL WARPS Harmony represents the most valuable position players of all time.

Players that can clear 110 ALL WARPS+ are often candidates for the Hall of Fame.
